1) Summary

Nopera helps you capture, import, edit, and organize videos and images, including selecting frame ranges from videos, creating single images or multi-frame collections, organizing albums, and exporting content.

We collect information you provide (such as account details and support requests) and information collected automatically (such as device data, usage statistics, crash logs, and location when you allow it). We do not sell your personal information.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

2) Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Customer support content: messages, attachments, and other information you choose to provide.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and identifiers used for diagnostics and security.
  • Usage data: feature interactions, in-app events, performance data, and aggregated analytics.
  • Crash logs: crash reports and related technical diagnostics.
  • Location (only if you allow it): precise or approximate location depending on your device settings and permissions.

2.3 Photos, videos, and related content

The Service may request access to your photo library and camera so you can import or capture videos/images and create or export content. Unless otherwise stated, your media is processed on your device by default.

If the Service includes web-based components, we may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your device or browser settings.

Some features may allow you to submit images, videos, text, or related inputs for processing to deliver results (for example, generating outputs or applying advanced processing). When you choose to use such features:

  • Processing location: your inputs are processed on Nopera Team-controlled servers.
  • No third-party sharing for processing: we do not share your uploaded inputs with third parties for processing.
  • Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded inputs promptly after processing is completed, unless you choose to store resulting outputs.
  • User control: you decide whether to upload and generate content; you can stop using these features at any time.

5) Face Data / Biometrics

Nopera does not perform facial recognition, does not create biometric identifiers, and does not use face data to identify individuals. Any processing or generation (if used) is for one-time output generation and then deleted from our servers as described above. Your media is stored locally on your device by default. We do not use your photos or videos for marketing, advertising, or training purposes.

6) How We Share Information

We may share information only as described below, and on a minimum-necessary basis:

  • With your consent.
  • With service providers (processors) under confidentiality and safeguard obligations.
  • To comply with legal requirements.
  • To protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

7) International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

8) Data Security

No system can be 100% secure. Please use a strong password and protect your device.

  • After account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days (unless legally required otherwise).
  • Usage data: up to 12 months (generally aggregated or pseudonymous where feasible).
  • Customer support records: up to 6 months.
